  • By attending in-person, you acknowledge, understand, and will abide by all Health & Safety protocols set forth.   • An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. CHI is following all CDC and local COVID guidelines to safely conduct in-person meetings and events. By attending an in-person event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to potential exposure to COVID-19.
  • For any reason, after you register for the in-person event you are no longer able to attend in person, you can take advantage of our New Flexible Registration Policy.
