By attending in-person, you acknowledge, understand, and will abide by all Health & Safety protocols set forth. Protocols are being followed to ensure everyone’s safety attending the event, and it is the conference organizer’s top priority. The additional safety measures currently include following all CDC and local COVID guidelines for meetings and events. Which may include but not be limited to at the time of the event:

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. CHI is following all CDC and local COVID guidelines to safely conduct in-person meetings and events, by attending an in-person event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to potential exposure to COVID-19
For any reason, after you register for the in-person event you are no longer able to attend in person, you can take advantage of our New Flexible Registration Policy:

Select an In-person or virtual option, and you have the flexibility to switch your preferred event experience at any time leading up to the conference. Simply contact us, and we will either charge you the difference for upgrading to in-person or credit back the price for transferring to virtual. Our flexible registration is designed to take the uncertainties out of these uncertain times.
